The manufacturing process<\/h3>\n
Once the olives have been harvested from the trees, they make their way to the press in large crates.\nBefore the pressing process begins, the olives are washed and the leaves, dirt and small branches are removed.\nThe mill then grinds the olives together with the pits into a coarse mass.
The mass is now gently stirred below 27 degrees Celsius.\nThis process determines the aroma of the oil.\nIt then goes into a centrifuge, which separates the fruit water and oil in a centrifugal process.
In the second spin cycle, the water and oil separate and our naturally cloudy olive oil is ready.
Finally, the oil<\/a> is filtered to reduce suspended particles and ensure a longer shelf life.
