Shipping methods

We are always striving to find environmentally friendly solutions in our logistics process.
Our oil is therefore shipped in environmentally friendly packaging.

Shipping to Germany and Austria is carried out by our logistics partner DHL. We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. For partial shipments, the shipping costs are only charged once.

We process and dispatch orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (except on public holidays). The goods are ready for dispatch no later than two working days after receipt of payment.
